Shipping & Returns Policy
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days of payment being received. We carefully package your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
PATTERNS/DOWNLOADS
Patterns and downloads are delivered automatically and can be found by logging into your account and going to the Downloads page. All downloads are added to your account immediately upon successful checkout with the exception of collection and e-book purchases. In this instance you will be sent a link to download you purchase. If you have any issues receiving, downloading or viewing your downloads please contact us. Please note that all downloads are non refundable.
YARN ORDERS THROUGH LOVECRAFTS.COM
Yarn orders placed through Bella Coco Store on the LoveCrafts.com website fall under the delivery terms of LoveCrochet.com. Please refer to their Terms of use, Terms of Sale, Delivery, Returns & Refund policies. Bella Coco Ltd takes no responsibility for these orders.
UK DELIVERY
All of our UK parcels are sent through Yodel or MyHermes and typically take 2-4 working days to arrive.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
All international shipping prices are dependent on the weight and size of your order. To get a price for how much delivery will cost for your order, add the items you wish to purchase to your cart, choose your shipping destination and click ‘Calculate Shipping’.

Europe 3-8 working days. North America 7-10 working days. Central & South America 8-12 working days. Far East & Australasia 10-15 working days. Rest of the World1 2-17 working days.
Some items may require a signature upon arrival. Worldwide delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Please note we must allow up to 25 working days from the date of postage as there may be additional import, customs or border inspections before it can be cleared for delivery, this is completely out of our control.
RETURNS POLICY
We hope you love everything you receive, but if you would like to return an item(s) then please get in touch using the helpdesk. You must return the item(s) to us, in their original condition, within 30 days of receiving the order to obtain a refund.
We can only offer an exchange in the event of an item being faulty or damaged. In this case, the exchange will be for the same product only. If you would like a different item then a new order must be placed.
All returned items will be refunded within 2 working days of us receiving them, minus the cost of the initial postage fee (except in the case of a faulty or damaged item).
Unfortunately we are unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges on any personalised or made to order items including downloads, excluding when damage is incurred in transit or the item is found to be faulty.
If you do wish to return an item, you must contact us first within the 30 days to receive our returns instructions. It is your responsibility to return items using a secure postage method, and sufficient packaging to ensure the order is returned in the original condition. The item is your responsibility until we receive it, and you are responsible to pay the cost of the returns postage. Please visit our Terms & Conditions page for more information.
Due to the nature of digital downloads, we are unable to refund purchases for these products. This also applies to downloadable products that are included as part of membership to The Crochet Community.
IMPORT FEES AND TAXES
We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and we cannot be held liable for them. This applies only to orders outside of the UK.
