To make things even simpler for our customers we are changing the way we deliver PDF patterns. As of 28th January 2025 we will be changing our system to provide instant access to purchased PDF patterns on bellacococrochet.com. Not only will you be presented with download links at the end of the checkout process, you'll also get an email with direct links to the PDFs to redownload should you need to in the future. 

This does mean that on the 28th January 2025 we will be switching off the customer account area. Therefore, it is important that customers that have purchased PDF patterns prior to this date ensure they have their PDFs downloaded and saved to their devices because after the 27th January 2025 they will be unable to login.

We are looking forward to providing a more streamlined experience for all of our wonderful customers.

Note, this doesn't affect our workshop CALS and E-Books. These will remain unchanged.
