Destination: For some items, we currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. We aim to dispatch your item within 3-5 business days after processing. Once dispatched, please allow 7-10 working days for delivery for UK orders and up to 17 days for International orders. Please be aware that shipping times may vary based on your location and external factors beyond our control.

Delivery Guarantees: While we strive to meet our shipping estimates, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, postal strikes, or other factors that may impact the postal service. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

Shipping Costs: For UK orders, we charge a flat rate of £2 for standard shipping and £3 for tracked. Shipping costs for International orders are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order.

Tracking Information: If you have purchased tracked shipping, this information will be provided to you via email.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or misdeliveries. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
