Crochet the wonderful Frosty Pines throw, this stunning pattern is made using overlay mosaic crochet worked in the round. This technique creates such a lovely dense fabric, perfect to cuddle under in the colder months.
This blanket is made of 2 different square mosaic designs. You will be making 6 of each design before joining and adding a final border. PDF Pattern provided in both UK and US crochet terms.

Yarn: Yarnsmiths Create, DK (#3), 100% Acrylic, 290m (317yds)/ 100g (3.5oz) 6 balls (1831yds) in shade, Stone Grey 3015 (MC) and 6 balls (1740yds) in shade Off White 3045 (CC).

- Back Loop Only Double Crochet: BLOdc: Bl: Insert hook into the back loop only of the next stitch, yarn over, pull up a loop, you will have two loops on the hook. Yarn over, pull through remaining two loops.
- Front Loop Only Treble Crochet 2 rows down: FLOtr2d: Fl: Yarn over, insert into the front loop only of the stitch two rows down, yarn over, pull up a loop, you will have three loops on the hook. Yarn over, pull through two loops, yarn over, pull through remaining two loops.
- Half Treble Crochet(s): htr(s): Yarn over, insert into stitch, yarn over, pull up a loop, you will have three loops on the hook. Yarn over, pull through remaining three loops.
